Walk for Animals
Are any MN Nesties doing the AHS Walk for Animals on April 30th?
We have done it for a few years, will be doing it again this year - just wondering if I should be on the lookout for anyone!

Every year I want to do it and every year something comes up! :-( This year it's my cousin's FI's bridal shower.
(Don't tell her......I'd rather walk with the animals than go to her shower....) :-)
Not this year...this year I decided to do the dog day 5k with Scout so we're not doing this one
After last year I will not go again. I loved when it was at Como. It was near my clinic and we loved participating with our clients. It was also not over crowded. We went last year and stood in line for a shuttle for 45 minutes and it was way over crowded. It's too bad, I really enjoyed it before the economy went in the pooper.

We never do the shuttle - that does take way too long!
Yeah, I've always done the GV WFA, but I had heard that people who used to do the Como WFA don't like the GV walk because it's too busy. It's always been busy, so I didn't notice a difference when they combined the two walks.

The walk starts at 10am?
Bummer, I wont be going to bed until 8am so I don't think I'll make it...alas!
My mom, sister, and I will be doing the walk this year! So excited to be back home to be able to do this with them this year!

If you can't do the walk for animals PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE consider doing our doggie 5K! This year any proceeds (which will probably be small because it's our first year) will go to Leukemia/lymphoma research, but next year I think we're going to give proceeds to Homeward Bound or another rescue.
It's all about the puppies!

My mom and I used to do the GV walk every year until I left for college.
Did you do this last year? DH and Josie did it and it was a good time.
