I did a new dessert!
I took one of those pre-made graham crackers crust.
I mixed 2 packaged of Sugar Free chocolate pudding, and mixed it with 1 1/4 cup skim milk. ( it made it thick)
Then add in a half container of cool whip. miz that together.
Pour in crust. Take the other half of the cool whip put that on top. and I added some MnM's to it. Then put it in the fridge till you want to eat it.
I think it would be awesome frozen also.
I cut it in 6 pieces and each piece is 4 PP!

How are you doing it: My DH has lost 20 pounds in the past 5 months or so, while I gained and lost the same 3 pounds over and over. So I told him he was now in charge of choosing everything I ate. I cook for myself according to his meal plans, and I've lost almost 8 pounds since St Patrick's Day. Mostly, I'm focusing on portion size.

How are you doing it: alternating between an hour of yoga and pilates every day, smaller portions, smaller healthier meals more frequently during the day, and taking the stairs at work- 3 flights
Did you try any new recipes? Drew took some tomatoes and mozzarella and stuffed chicken breasts, baked them, and served them over a bed of spinach. Delish! He's awesome at making left overs fun.
