In Law Anniversary Question
Some of you might remember that my FIL passed away in 2006, a year after our wedding, and it was sudden and traumatic and tragic.
I was at MILs house this weekend looking at a photo album a cousin had just made for her when I noticed something and I talked to DH about it but he isn't sure what to do, either.
This coming Friday, April 8th, would have been (is?) her 50th wedding anniversary. How do we mark or acknowledge the occasion while being considerate of his loss and her never really recovering from that?
Re: In Law Anniversary Question
i think maybe a nice bouquet of flowers would be totally appropriate. or if they had a favorite place to go out to eat, maybe you can take her there as a family.
good luck...this is a really tough situation.
