How do you make a ponytail look cute?
Ok, so I admit I rock my mom ponytail all the time, but I need a nice looking ponytail now. I bought a dress for a friends wedding and it is sort of casual and my hair needs to be up because the dress has a lot of business on the top. It looked cute when my hair was in a pony, but it is not nice looking enough...any tips for a nice yet casual pony?

this is what I do, it's REALLY easy! and I do a side part, mainly because I hate the slicked back look, but a side part and a section wrapped around the holder is always a great look, also go onto YouTube and watch How To videos on how to do easy updo's!
take a section at the crown/top of your head and spray a little bit of product. back comb (aka rat) it at the roots to create more volume. complete this for the hair at the top and back of your head. it will look wild, but that's how it should look.
once you've ratted your hair, take a brush or comb and carefully smooth it back into a ponytail. gather the hair at the nape of your neck and secure with a ponytail holder. then wrap the hair (if that's the route you want to go) around the pony and secure with bobby pins underneath the ponytail. i prefer to either leave it unwrapped or pin pieces into a loose bun with bobby pins and embellish with a cute barrette or pin.
here is a pretty good set of instructions. it's for a bun, but should work for a ponytail as well.
