It's about time we got some more boys in the WCF!
Today is my 6 week postpartum appt. I usually have to wait forever in the doctor's office so I hope Zoe behaves.
She is so cute! My incision still hurts a little if I move a certain way or get up too fast or cough. Bleck. I am pretty much back to my normal activities. Today hopefully I will get the all clear from my dr to start exercising so I can take advantage of the extra calories I am burning from BFing. 
I hated the Pavlik harness yesterday for some reason. It was just making me mad and I wanted to rip it off. I think I was just having an off day.
Hopefully at her appt on the 14th the dr will at least tell us she can wear it 12 hours on and 12 hours off. It's getting kinda dirty too and I really want to wash it! She does really well with it, which I am very grateful for! Some babies get more irritable, but she does fine. My little trooper! I hope her hips are getting better and she won't need the full body cast or surgery.
Definitely need some boys around here!!
Jen - I'm crossing my fingers that the harness is all she needs! My friend's little girl ended up needing the cast and surgery. She did REALLY well with it, it was more of a pain for mom and dad than baby.
As for us, Kennedy is doing great. She's such a sweet little baby. She's sleeping from about 10 or 11 until 5am and then until 9am. I had my 6 week postpartum appointment today and everything was great. Hopefully we'll have another WCF baby announcement coming soon.

I am feeling great still and definitely look pregnany now. My 24 week appointment is tomorrow and I am going to find out when I will do my glucose test and get to listen to the babies heartbeat again.
We finished up our registry at Target and Babies R Us so those things are checked off the list which is a nice feeling. Now if I could only get rid of the bunk bed set, dresser and desk that are in the babies room now I would really feel good. If you know anyone looking for a bunk bed set please let me know. Once we get rid of the furniture we can start looking for baby furniture to fill the room.

Its so funny, there was such a huge batch of WCF girls now it seems to be changing to boys. YAY!
Lila is 3wks old and it already feels like she is growing up too fast. She is extremely alert and a few nights ago started holding up her head to start at MH when he has her laying on his chest. I really consider myself blessed with how wonderful and GOOD she is. I guess if you have a horrible pregnancy and delivery as I did, you deserve a good baby, right?
I am still debating on whether or not I will share my birth story. I am still upset with how everything happened I am not sure that I want a record of it "out there". I don't even want to write it down for Lila in her baby book.
