I need DS to be healthy and back in school
I'm home with my toddler terror. He was sick with strep throat last week and was finally well enough to go back today. Then he threw up the minute he got there and they sent him home and said he can't come back until Wednesday. He hasn't thrown up since, doesn't have a fever, is eating fine, and just generally seems ok. I really think he just gagged on some phlegm in his throat this morning b/c he does not seem like he has a stomach bug.
So I'm home burning through vacation time for today and tomorrow since I already burned through all of my sick time when the kids were sick for virtually the entire month on January. And the kid is driving me insane. This morning he grabbed my keys and made a mad dash for the one outlet the cover had fallen out of, a few minutes ago he took my cell phone, flipped it open and stood on it and tried jumping up and down, and just now, while I was writing this, he bit my toe.
They don't make better birth control than this.

I'm sorry! Eek, but this literally made me LOL!
Believe me, I know how you feel! Today I fished toys out of the toilet and unstuck panty liners off my dresser.
The lesson learned from toady.......don't leave a toddler alone in the bathroom under any circumstance. Not even if you are running to the room next door to pick up a ringing cell phone. A lot can happen in 45 seconds time.
Baby Macy is here!

Haha- Macy is fast! I know I'll look back at these days and laugh and miss them. That's sometimes hard to remember when you're in the thick of it though.
