Just curious...has everone filed their taxes? I haven't and it's frustrating b/c my '09 taxes aren't done either. Annnnnd, guess that DH does for a living?! He's a tax and investment advisor! lmao Good grief. Please tell me I'm not alone, I feel like a dork

No. I had a chunk of my student loans forgiven and the letter they sent me said I'd receive a T4A at tax time, which I have not received. I have called StudentAid BC a million times and can never get through. I don't know what to do.

That's the worst! The exact time you *need* someone to answer your calls, they don't!

I did...I owe money because the government is incompetent and doesn't take out enough tax when you are on EI.

I think this year I get a refund...DH took a look at my T4 and declared it so! lol I told him that, if he didn't do my taxes soon, I was going to charge him interest and penalties!

I haven't done mine yet either. I hope I won't have to pay anything back because of EI. Did you get a form in the mail that told you you had to pay money back, because I got something a week ago or so that said I didn't? At least that is what I think it said.

We haven't yet. DH loaded a tax program onto his computer 3 weeks ago before he left for work, then when I got my stuff I would just call him to input my stuff, then his computer died a sad and horrible death. lol. We are going to re-install and file next weekend when he comes home.
