I am telling work tomorrow and I'm super nervous! I created a 4 page Excel document of all of my duties, who should/can cover them and the training schedule for each person. I want them to see I have fully thought this through and will have everything covered so that when I walk out the door October 28 everything will be fine. But I'm still nervous! I know my boss will be excited for me but it's a busy time of year for us. Also, the company hasn't had anyone in a Manager position take maternity leave, ever, so this will be new for them too. Should be interesting, wish me luck!
**Hopefully I don't ramble during my meeting with my boss as much as I did in this post!**
