Supposedly, spring is here! But it doesn't feel like it so how are you combating the "winter blues"?
Did you get all your workouts in?
How did you do with eating? Stay on track?

My workouts have gotten to be something I look forward to again! So excited! : ) Can't wait for the weather to be really good so I can get in some tennis matches with my mom!
Let's see - Monday I did Tae-Bo and had volleyball, Tuesday I did Zumba for pretty much 9 hours since I had to teach it for the first time, Wednesday I skipped (tsk tsk), Thursday I did weights and Zumba, Friday I walked, then Saturday and Sunday I had about 6 hours each day in the garden...so I did pretty darn well!
Yea...the eating...it was okay...(hangs head in partial shame)...
Didn't weigh myself in for the last two weeks. We will see where I am at later this week. I needed to lose 6 lbs by this Sunday so I can be below my wedding weight!!!
Supposedly, spring is here! But it doesn't feel like it so how are you combating the "winter blues"? UGH tell me about it...I'm just trying to get outside as much as I can when the weather allows!
Did you get all your workouts in? Yes, we went to the gym 3x this week. I decided that I really dislike running, so I just walk briskly for 30 mins haha
How did you do with eating? Stay on track? Yes, pretty much, except for the toasted almond bread that I made from scratch (yum). I was snacking on that all week, but I worked out, so I didn't gain anything.
Any weight loss to report? I have been STUCK on a "plateau" for about 4 weeks now. I haven't lost, but at least I have not gained. It's frustrating though. I'm literally 0.6 lbs away from 10 lbs total, and it's driving me crazyyy

A10 Siggy Challenge: Next Vacation Destination: San Francisco!
I got ZERO workouts in last week and I felt horrible about it! I just worked so many hours that I was drained when I got home.
I made up for it by eating especially well, and ended up losing two pounds last week.
I just booked a trip to Vegas the first week of May, so the next month is crunch time to get bathing suit ready. Getting back to the 30 day shred with my mom tonight!

well Florida apparently skipped spring altogether and it's just sticky and hot. yucky, but it's better than snow so no complaints!
I worked out only Monday and Friday last week because I was super sick. But, I ate really well to make up for it and lost a couple of pounds. I think some of that was my muscle weight going bye-bye due to not doing weights for a couple of weeks, but I liked the number regardless
Back to my real workout schedule this week - I'm already sore from boxing yesterday!
