Random Tuesday Thoughts
I was woken up at 3:10am today b/c H's cell phone went off. It was his 19 year old "friend" that he has had some classes with. What did he want? To send a pic of some random girl. I told H he better punch him when he sees him today b/c I was sleeping awesome until that happened, then I was up the rest of the morning.
Had a very weird nightmare which took place right outside of our bedroom door. I was freaked out and had to go potty but I held it for awhile b/c I was scared. I'm a weenie w/ the dark!
Boss is leaving at 11:30am today and will be gone for the rest of the week. He is taking 3 other people w/ him and it will be SOOO nice not to have to listen to 2 of them. After the ringer he put me through all day yest, I need the break or we may be fighting!

Taking my pup to the vet for her last set of puppy shots! Not excited about bringing a stool sample though, yuck. Lol.
Hopefully today goes by pretty fast, this morning has been pretty steady.
Hey we coulda talked or something I was up around that time too! I did eventually go back to sleep around 5ish but thats def not cool! I hate when stupid stuff like that wakes me up!
YAY for ur boss leaving soon! I know that must make the week so much better for ya!
My parents come back in 3 days and I'm excited abt that! I'll be sad to give them their dog back since I have two protectors now!

More news--I got a new job!! I interviewed Tuesday before I left for vacation and got an offer on Friday! Woo Hoo!! I start on the 18th and am SO excited! Yipee!

Well, I'm moody and I feel like someone punched me in the uterus, so that's awesome.
(As an aside, this morning H yelled from the bathroom, "EWW! There's a tampon wrapper in the trash!!!" REALLY?! It's not going to freaking bite you!! LOL!) (PS - NOBODY tell my H that I told ya'll that!)
I'm sorry if that was TMI!
I've been cleared to try the elliptical and I didn't have time to make it to the gym this morning after we took H's car to the shop (routine maintenance) so I busted out a half hour on the elliptical in the clubhouse. I usually don't feel like I get a good workout on the elliptical, but man, that actually felt great. And I don't really hurt now, which is what I figured would be the test of whether I should do that again anytime soon. I can walk at my normal speed (fast) and I don't look like a freak! I'm still amazed by that.
I have a pretty low-key workday today, which is good, because the rest of my week is going to be a little insane. Going to a political meetup with H tonight. We don't exactly lean the same way politically (although when it gets down to it, we're more similar than we are different) but he's been to God knows how many social functions with me that he was less than thrilled about, so I don't mind. It'll be interesting, anyway, and there will be beer.

I'm feeling a LOT better, thank you! Its been really amazing the difference its made just in 2 weeks (although last week was just "eh" b/c my regular chiro was on vaca, but was back yest) and I am really looking forward to continued improvement over the next few months. Friday last week when I was close to finishing up there the one nurse in the office pulled me aside & said she is so happy to see me improving. She said she could tell that I'm feeling better; she notices me smiling more, laughing, and just generally being a different person than I was when I first started there. That was really sweet & meant a lot to me that someone noticed that.

As for DH. He will be home in 46 days! We're getting there! Thank you so much for asking!
Hysterical! Men are so clueless as to what happens to us during this oh-so-lovely time of the month...

And I've been feeling pretty darned good, thanks for asking. I was nervous to go on a long vacation just a week after getting out of the hospital, but I am still feeling great! Still get nauseous and occasionally throw up eating certain foods, but that is due to pregnancy, not general illness, so I guess I should be thankful!

YAY I can't wait to hear!!! We had our U/S last Monday and we stayed team green. We were going to do this anyway but it make it a lot easier that I knew DH couldn't be there!
