I unexpectedly had to go to Duluth to see clients today, which is about a 2 hour drive. Our weather was horrible this morning: snow, slushy roads, ice. You name it. So DH was worried about me driving all that way. What happens? He slides into a light pole on his way to work. Everyone is ok, except the car. But oy.
Now we have to claim it through our insurance because DH says the damage is more than our deductible, but he still drove it the rest of the way to work. But I have to go see clients on Wed again, so he'll more than likely miss work. And if his car isn't done by next week, he'll miss two days then as well because I need my car those days. Oh yay.
Then I come home and find cat puke all over my bedroom. FML.

I'm sorry you had a bad day, Ali.
Does your car insurance cover a rental while being repaired?
I think we opted out of that because when we signed up w/our insurance I was still working from home 100% of the time, so he could have just used my car.
Oh, and I got hit on twice by a man twice my age, the dad of one of my clients. Yay for still looking good pregnant!

LMAO. Yes. Exactly.
You were in a dream I had last night, Ali...I don't remember what happened but you were there.
That's pretty funny!
