what to do for 1st anniversary?
Our 1st anniversary is April 10th and we don't have any ideas of how we should celebrate. Definitely going out to eat, but I kinda wanted to do something else during the day. We are one of those couples that can never think of things to do for dates so it always ends up dinner and a movie. So boring. Any ideas?

Take advantage of our fabulous city: start off with brunch at commanders, a carriage ride through the quarter, then check out our local Museums (wax, d-day, etc), Art Galleries on Royal, lunch and live music in the quarter followed by a little shopping at the french market. Or perhaps check out the zoo or aquarium or even the Natchez river boat---It offers cruises up and down the Mississippi and dinner/lunch is usually provided... And to end the day, dinner at jacquimos.
Or Pic nic at the fly... bring your dogs, if you have any, barbeque, have a beer

French Quarter Fest is this weekend and so much fun. YOu should do that. April 10th is our day we met Anniversary and we are going to have a Sunday Funday in the quarter for the Fest.
