'cause it's been slow....
If you house was on fire and you could only take one item with you on the way out, what would it be?
**all family and animals have already exited the house, so no need to worry about them**

Re: POLL!
The laptop because it has all of our pictures saved to it.

I agree with this answer. Or my external hard drive which i keep for back up on all the photos I've taken.

It's a toss up between my wedding rings and my laptop. I never wear my rings while I am home and I would hate to lose those. While they can be "replaced" it just wouldn't be the same to get new rings.
But on the other hand, all of my pics are on my laptop and it would be horrible to lose all the pics from Macy's first year of life
I think I will go with the laptop.....

Since I never wear my wedding set while I'm in the house, I'd make a mad dash to grab it and any other jewelry I could manage!
Honestly just the thought of my house burning down and this poll in general gives me serious anxiety!!! I don't think I'm going to be able to read any responses!
I agree. I probably wouldn't be thinking of grabbing anything, just getting out. I'd probably have my cell phone, so I'll say that.
Hard drive(s), no question.
And this reminds me that I really have to get going on scanning in my family childhood pictures that somehow ended up with me.
My silly Lily is almost 4.
OMG, I can only pick one. Thats a tough one. I guess I would say the hard drive although we load all of our pictures to snapfish.
If I could grab three things here is what they would be:
1. Hard drive
2. Jewelry Box
3. Wedding Box

I want to say hard drives since they have everything, but since DH has a ridiculously large setup (28+ Terabytes of storage on multiple drives) I don't see how I'd possibly be able to get it all out, lol.
