I am getting prices for the house and for the granite vanity top downstairs was quoted $570! Well on CL I found a top in Granite that I LOVED and he was asking $75! I couldn't get a cheap vanity top for that! So excited!

Its going. We are starting the whole loan process right now, so once thats all done we will officially break ground.
