Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Modoku foot pads
Has anyone used these detox foot pads? if so, what did you think besides the..... 
....stench?
I bought them at dollar tree yesterday- been a little curious but wasn't gonna pay $15-20 to try them out.
Last night was the first night trying and they were, as expected this morning, - grody colored, not sure if they worked but I did have weird dreams - (one of the mentioned possible side effect noted on the internet) - but then again, we watched Zombie World b4 bed. 
Anyway, so, I don't have an opinion yet, but I'm willing to keep trying to see if there are any positive effects. I've read some good stuff on-line...
