Intro/can I join in on the fun?
I've been lurking here for a little while now and I want to come out and say hi! H and I moved to Gardiner in September and bought a house in January, we are still working on getting to know the area (hopefully some nesties may be able to give us some advice/suggestions in the future). We mostly keep busy working on our house and taking care of our puppy. Anything else I should be telling you?? I hope to be able to join in on some other posts soon!

Let me count...I think you make like number 7 in the central maine area
That is for sure a good thing!!
I'm Jess and live in Augusta with DH, 1 yo DD, two dogs and our cat. We have lived in the area about 6 years.
What are you interested in doing? There are a couple great walking trails (the arboretum and the trails behind cony hs) in the area. Lots of great places to eat! We LOVE Red Robin. Also close by is The Liberal Cup. I've only been once but it was yummy!
Jump in the conversation anytime and feel free to come to a GTG!!
Hello.
I am Melissa and I live with my DH and dog Copper in Rome an work in Augusta.
Welcome!
I think we'll need a central ME GTG soon!
This is exciting, you ladies are FAST!
Thanks for the info on the trails, we have done the rail trail a couple of times to Augusta. Now that we have Ali it would be nice to check out some of the ones you suggested, I'm sure she would appreciate a variety.
I agree the Liberal Cup is great, we have spent quite a bit of time in Hallowell. DH grew up with a similar downtown area so he really enjoys the local shops and restaurants.
I look forward to getting to know you all a bit better. A GTG would be wonderful, I have been anxious to meet more people in this area!
Yay!! I am just across the river in Randolph! I've lived in the area for 30 years so if you have any questions let me know.
And welcome!
