Oh my goodness it went fabulously! My boss was so excited he gave me a hug! We talked more about how fun kids are then we did about my leave! He was impressed with my plan and thanked me for putting so much thought into how my responsibilities would be divided during my leave. It was such a great conversation and I don't know why I was so nervous.
