What's for dinner ladies?
I have no idea what to make. Our dinner last night was delicious! Grilled chicken on baby spinach with almonds, avocado and granny smith apples with a lime vinaigrette .
I need ideas.

tuna cassarole...husband hates but i love and havent had in a long time.
taylor had a gerber meal, two baby bananas and a container of mandarin oranges.
that sounds good...I've never done apples with avocado...yum
tonight we had a blah cookinglight.com recipe...I'm usually more impressed...chicken, mustard greens and gruyere quesadillas...I made some guacamole to go on the side and served them with sour cream and salsa
Yum, Kristy! Joe would never eat that though....I think.....
Tonight is random - salsa chicken with rice and beans in my own concocted sauce and hush puppies.
Pasta with roasted asparagus, roasted red peppers, pine nuts, mozz, and dressing. It's modified from Fresh magazine from Hannaford. I tweaked the dressing (chipotle ranch, cream, champagne dressing, lemon juice) and then didn't have feta so used mozzarella. It's pretty tasty!
