Anyone else have a velcro dog?
My boy is storm-phobic and usually the only thing he wants to do when he's nervous is stay as close to me as possible.
With the bad thunderstorm this morning, he actually got fully into the shower with me!
Anyone else have a storm-phobic pet?
Re: Anyone else have a velcro dog?
Pumpkin is terrified of rain and storms. She sat in the bathroom while I showered and got ready, then was under my feet while I packed lunch and made breakfast, etc. She usually lays in the coffee table when it's storming if I'm sitting on the couch..... example:
dup
me too
she acts soooo bad@ss until it starts raining... then she's a big baby!
I think the big ones are the worst! One time when it was storming, Brodie made his way over to my side of the bed and laid down on the floor. Well the storm got really bad, probably the worst thunder and lightening I had ever seen & after one particularly loud boom (before I could even open my eyes,) he literally sprung up into the air in one quick move and I had a 110 lb bulldog laying on top of me quivering like a leaf. When we moved into this house he looooved our walkin closet for storms.
I freaking love Pumpkin.
