So last month I miscarried, right?
My OB's been having my blood tested weekly to make sure my hormone levels are dropping to where they should. As of last week, I was down to 35. She wants to follow to make sure I was below 5, but everything looks like it should (so I'm assuming I don't still have anything stuck inside me or something). And I've been feeling great these past 2 weeks, returning to working out and everything.
But...I never asked, and now I wish I had, but DH and I have been somewhat like rabbits lately and I realized....um...oops? Were we not supposed to? She never told me otherwise and we didn't think about it, just returned to normal life. I'm not saying anything's happened at this point, but SAY I get pregnant again...how will this mess with her tests?
I want to tell her, but I'm afraid I'll get in trouble lol. Will they just need me to do a sonogram to make sure things look okay if that were the case?

Re: oops
I'll try calling them first thing tomorrow. Yeah it never got brought up, and given my busy life (finishing school) I just didn't think twice about it once I started feeling better. I've also avoided all pregnancy-related books since, so I didn't know if something was adviced.
I was told to wait 3 cycles (which took a year!) since I had the D&C, but I think if you naturally miscarry most of them tell you to proceed as normal.
Since you're blood levels still aren't back to normal level, I'd definitely call her to see what she says. You won't get in trouble - they're used to it I'm sure!
Waiting 5 minutes for the lines to open...lol
I didn't get a D&C and I was pretty early along. Doing some quick reading, I found cases where it was fine to proceed as normal under those conditions. Let's hope for the best !
I'm sorry about the m/c.
That seems quite cautious of your doc. I had to do the same thing, but I had issues (ectopic and so it wasn't 100% the drugs I took would "work" in which case I'd need surgery). Anyway, she wanted me to get to zero and then wait one full cycle, and that was with an extremely screwed up loss (took from mid Jan til early Apr to get to 0). With a "normal" m/c, I wouldn't be overly anxious, but def talk w/ your doc.
Again, good luck w/ everything and sorry for your loss.
