AW: Anniversary trip surprise!
So Nelson surprised me last night & told me that we're going to spend the long weekend in Charleston, SC for our anniversary!!! I really thought that we wouldn't be going anywhere since we're taking SD to Disney in June (SHHH that part's a secret so please, please don't mention it on FB). I'm so excited!!!! We're staying at the Francis Marion Hotel in downtown Charleston & we're trying to decide where to eat to celebrate or anniversary. There are so many great restaurants that it's really hard to decide! It should be a fun & relaxing weekend. I can't wait! Yippee!!!

oooooh so fun!!! My bachelorette was in Charleston and we did a wine tasting a little wine bar downtown that was really fun. I can't remember the name of it though...
We ate dinner at Social which is really yummy tapas - I'd highly recommend it!
Oh I'm so jealous!!! When we were trying to decide on a honeymoon location Charleston was my #1 choice, but flights to anywhere out of Nebraska are ridiculous (except Vegas, of course), so we just couldn't swing it. I told Jeff that we ARE going there sometime though!
Major kudos to Nelson for planning it!!! That is awesome! : )

That's awesome that your DH arranged that and you get to spend some more alone time with him. I've never been to Charleston, but I hear it's wonderful and I'm sure you'll have a fantastic time.

Yay!!! We drove thru Charleston on a family vacation when I was 21 but didn't stop, but it looked really cool....lemme know how it is! I may tell Mike he has plane reprieve and take a road trip there sometime soon (he isn't a fan of flying).
