I've been going in to the new job for a couple hours each day after I get out of my current job. So far, so good. Everyone's really nice.
They make watersports equipment (surfboards, kayaks, etc). We are encouraged to borrow the products so we have first hand knowledge on how they are. I met someone yesterday who offered to teach me how to windsurf. Looks like I'll be starting a new hobby.
Re: U/D new job
Ha. I don't know. I suppose you could. My friend surfs. She has a full wetsuit for the winter & a 1/2 suit for the spring/fall. I don't think she wears one in the summer. But she also does the polar bear plunge. She might not be a good person to gauge the water temp.
We get used to the cold water up here. I try to convince myself that it's refreshing.
Sounds like a fun job! And sounds like they aren't too stuffy!
Congrats on the new job, I am sure you'll do great!
