I have gotten from New York & Co, Chase, Tastefully Simple, Macy's, Target...and at least 3 others that I can't recall exactly, a notification that my name and email address was exposed to spam...WTH is going on???

I've gotten emails from Marriott, Chase, and Best Buy. I've heard that there were a ton of retailers that were effected by this.
I haven't noticed any suspicious emails recently...but definitely keeping my eye out.
My Chase Marriott Rewards card number got stolen, so watch your bills ladies!
The fraud detection unit called me when I was sitting in my Grandma's house with her recovering from a masectomy. (Stage 1 breast cancer) Someone had bought $268 worth of cosmetics.
As pissed as I was that someone stole my card, I also thought it was a little funny that Chase knows I don't wear make-up! Thank good whoever stole my account info didn't try to buy books!
