A friend of mine called me today and asked me to go to lunch and shopping with her. She picked me up at 1 and we went to Chili's. I had to laugh because I remembered BMW's post about no bad children, just bad parents...this is my friend. She has a 2 yr old son. Everything he does gets on her nerves, everything is "no" or "bad". He was behaving but she was flipping out. I was like "Chill..." Anyhow we walked around the mall and she kept making comments about you dont want kids blah blah blah, so stressful. And to tell you the truth, she makes it that way.
Oh and for your entertainment pleasure: she was wearing her maternity jeans from when she was pg with him. He's 2.
Re: Went out today--
Ugh I hate when people tell me I dont want children. Um let me make that choice.
I hear maternity jeans are quite comfortable LOL.
This is what I hear. LOL My point is they are the same ones, she still fits into them. And the band shows. Its tasteful to say the least ::rolls eyes::
Um wow...I understand if the weight hasn't come off but she just needs to buy a pair of jeans that fit her not wear maternity ones.
Yes they are comfy..I only have a pair of capri's and don't think I didn't want to bust those suckers out last weekend to wear but they would fall off me because part of getting pregnant means bigger legs and butt and then they fit good haha
I hate hate hate when people say oh you don't want kids, or its soooo hard, or don't have more than one.
H's cousin has one girl...shes like 6 and they cater to her every freaking single damn need. It sickens me how she runs that show. And whenever you have a convo with the cousin thats all she talks about and how HARD it is. She stays at home even though this girl is doing school she still stays home.
I know being a SAHM is tough do not get me wrong however there are tons of projects to be done and she doesn't do them because she acts like raising this girl is so hard and finally her H who is a saint said...you don't even have her for a couple hours a day every day so tidy up the garage and quit acting like you don't have the time.
I helped raise my brothers and sisters...people have more than one kid all the time and they manage just fine.
You're not special for having one.
