Rec your favorite place to get spa treatments done in OK: Spa treatments? Hm... haven't done that in a long time so I couldn't tell ya. I get massages occasionally at "The Body Shop" on southside because they're good massages and reasonably priced, but I wouldn't call that a "spa treatment."

When did you last work out, and what did you do? 15 minutes on the stationary bike today during my break at work. Will probably hop on the elliptical tonight.

I haven't bought a new swimsuit in about 5 years (since before I gained the freshman 15 and then more after we got married) But I'm ready to buy a new one this year! I've lost some weight and I'm excited that I will feel comfortable enough in a swimsuit again!
