Recipe raves for Amy (artsake) and Angela
I made Amy's Baked Spinach and Pea Risotto last week and oh man, it's awesome. What a great side dish!! Absolutely delicious and simple to make!
Last night I made Angela's Garlic Studded Pot Roast. Sooooo freaking good! I browned it, and then cooked it in the CP because I wasn't going to be home. Came out amazing. I made gravy with the drippings and I have to say, it was one of the tastiest gravies I've ever made.
