Anyone home shopping in Bedford?
Hi Ladies,
The townhome DH & I just moved from is on the market and will be open this weekend on Saturday and Sunday from 1-3 pm. It's move in ready, 3 bedroom/2.5 bath, 1490 square feet. It's a really great HOA community with all yard maintenance taken care of for you, and there is a community pool too.
We just bought a house in March, and with interest rates as low as they are ... you could own a house at this price for less than most apartments rent for.
I will be there having a garage sale, too. So come visit me if you want!

I like Plano, but DH works at the airport so either way, we'd be paying tolls to get to work. He loathes traffic and driving... so I'm better suited for the commute.

Brianna - On the Lewisville side... near 121 and Hebron.
I'm like 5 minutes away from the Vista Ridge area... and about 10 minutes away from Willow Bend area in Plano.
I take George Bush to DFW in the morning (because the southbound airport service road is closed), and 121 is a straight shot home. Yeah it's tolls, but I think there is only 1 booth on 121 and 2 booths on George Bush to go thru.
