AW: Finally!!!
We heard back from the bank. They countered our offer but only went up $5000 and came down $2500 on closing costs. We were relieved when the counter was only $5000 more because an almost identical house around the block (also a short sale) was listed at $15000 more than our offer. All things considered it's still a really good deal so we've accepted the offer! We're so freaking excited!!! Can we get some good inspection, appraisal, etc. juju?
