Thankful Thursday
I'm thankful that the work week is almost over & so far I don't appear to have to work this weekend.
I'm thankful for the fact that my chiro is trying really hard to get me off my prescription sleeping meds. I've been on some type of RX version for the past 10 years and I really want off! They hardly do anything for me anyway (I'm lucky to get 4 hours of sleep on them! and that's why I've been given so many different kinds) and not having to take a prescription makes me happy. Although last night was rough b/c I have to wean myself off by alternating between my RX and a natural thing; its def going to take some time, but hopefully not too terribly long.
I'm thankful that I made some decent progress on the house last night. My plan was to tackle the office & our master closet, but by the time I got home from the chiro and spent hours working on the office, I didn't get as far as I was hoping to. Good thing H only has a morning class & can finish it. He collects so much junk & just throws it on the bookshelf or the desk then it takes wayyyy longer to clean the two off.
I'm thankful to have someone else answering the majority of the phones at work today b/c I need to get some things done before the boss gets back!

I am thankful that I did 2 loads of laundry last night in my new washer and dryer. They are SO quiet!
I am thankful that I now know that there is a little boy in my belly so now I can start my shopping!
I am thankful that it is almost the end of the week and I have the weekend to rest after 10 days of vacation and then immediately back to work. Sometimes you need a vacation from your vacation!

Thankful that my puppy got her last set of puppy shots yesterday, so now we can take her to a dog park to get some of her hyper energy out!
Thankful that last night was so nice, ended up having a drink at Beer Sellar on the river with a great friend.

I am super thankful that the work day is OVER!! We had a crazy customer come in and yell at us today so he put a little dent in my day since he tried to get in contact with one of our big bosses. We had to deal with calls from the higher ups all day because apparently this guys wants to pull all his money out of the bank now.
I am thankful that was really nice out again today! I love warmer weather especially since we can take the dog for longer walks and to the dog park.
I am also thankful that tomorrow is Friday!!
