Not specifically no, but I was going to suggest Nobbies too. They seem to have the biggest selection of balloons that I've ever seen.

Factory Card is a good idea too. If all else fails, I'll buckle and buy online... but I'm cheap so I'd rather not

Depending on the time frame of when you need them, you could check to see if Hy-Vee floral would be able to order them in for you (if they find something like this) I work part time at our Hyvee floral out here and they are willing to order in things if they have the time and it is available for them to get. Wouldn't hurt to check out!

Have you ever heard of Bertha Butt's Balloons on Hubbell? (I know.... dumbest name EVER!) Like if you take the Euclid exit off of I-235 and head east, you'll hit Hubbell and it's right there.

I've heard they have a great selection of balloons and party stuff.
