Weekend Plans?
What's everybody got planned for the weekend? Travel, laying low, partying with friends?
We are excited to be home this weekend after all the wedding festivities and dram from last week. Hopefully going to be installing a ceiling fan in the master bedroom before it gets too hot and working on the plans for the porch we are putting in next weekend. And we bought tickets to see Avenue Q on tour on Saturday. DH has never seen it and is really excited.

We have nothing exciting planned. It has been a long week and I haven't felt very good all week so I plan on resting as much as I can.
My parents are coming over tomorrow, my dad is going to help us get the grill ready for grilling season. My sister gave us her super nice barely used grill last fall, we can't wait to use it! Then we are doing dinner. Thankfully that is the extent of the plans, I need to rejuvinate!
I'm getting highlights and a hair cut tomorrow morning and then a mani and pedi tomorrow afternoon!
Tomorrow night we are doing a curling charity game and then Sunday is our regular curling league.
Tonight we need to do some cleaning!

Tonight are plans are undecided. I feel like we should clean the apt because DH's parents are coming in town tomrw, but DH thinks we should go out for a happy hour after work. TBD.
Tomrw DH's parents are coming in town for the day and bringing us the new gas grill (DH's Christmas present). It has to be assembled to DH, FIL and DH's BIL will work on that, while MIL and SIL shop. I'm undecided what I'll do while all of this is going on. I may go with the girls, but they're expensive shoppers and even window shopping with them is so tempting that I think it may be better if I don't go with at all. We're going to a brewery for lunch after the grill is set up. And I'm not sure what'll happen the rest of the day.
Sunday we're running a 5mile Shamrock Shuffle (strangley this year it's in April). I love this race b/c it's 45,000 people running downtown Chicago (= soo fun!). I'm a bit nervous about the forecast though, it's supposed to be 80F (wtf?!) and stormy! Boo.

Tonight we have zero plans.
Tomorrow I'm working for four hours in the morning to gain an extra full vacation day to use later in the year. Tomorrow afternoon/evening we plan to do round 2 of emptying my mom-moms house. Obviously not looking forward to that but they sent another notice that they're coming so we have to do it.
Sunday is supposed to be 70 and sunny, so we plan to relax on the deck and get as much sun as possible.
It's my birthday weekend, yay!
Tonight: I am going with my mom to sips and strokes. It is a BYOB painting class, it should be fun!
Saturday: Steve works until 2, then we may go to a movie. Saturday night is a friend's house warming party. I am pretty excited, because we have not seen this friend in about 3 years.
Sunday: my birthday! We are going to another friends house and they are having a cookout/party for me. This is also our 6 month anniversary, so we may go out to dinner after the party.
