I'm wearing this one out, but I'm grateful for my healthy pregnancy, and feeling Carter kick around all the time!

I hate owning an older home. It really sucks when you have to spend your money on repairs

Every Wednesday, our VP provides donuts for the group. I always stop and get a bagel on my way into the office, and I eat that, then I eat a donut. Every Wednesday.
4. One thing you're looking forward to
Figuring out what the heck we're going to do with our kitchen, and getting it done, so I can start washing dishes and clothes again!

2. One whiny thing I had the rain and cloudy weather. Can't the sun and 60 degree weather start happening soon?
3. One embarrassing thing I am on day 3 of my hair. I decided to sleep in and wear it in a bun today rather than wake up and taking the time to do it.
4. One thing you're looking forward to I have a phone date after work with my best friend from home to catch up. She's getting married in the fall and trying to decide on HM spots. For the longest time they were planning on doing a cruise but yesterday she text that now they're thinking Riveria Maya (where we HMed)

Gratitude: so thankful that the drive home yesterday (170 miles) was before traffic got bad; 2.5 hours in the car is much, much better than the 4 hours it often takes to get through LA. I got to snuggle with DH, which I'd missed while being away.
Whiny: really home builder/seller, when responding to our list of repairs of you're sticking with the "refrigerator doesn't come with a kickplate"? Because I looked on GE's website, and sure enough, there are kickplates for this series.
Embarrassing: I had an awesome sex dream about DH last night, but know it can't be fulfilled as I'm on my period and he goes "ewwwww..."
Looking Forward to: hearing when we're moving closing date up to - this time next week we should get the keys to our house!!
Gratitude: My husband is wonderful and has put up with me all week even though I have probably been a bear to deal with.
Whiny: Gas prices are ridiculous
One Embarassing Thing: I mailed our city taxes in w/o our W-2s, they had to send me a reminder letter this week. Then I walked the dogs three blocks to the mailbox to mail the W-2s which will go to the city building. The city building is 4 blocks away.....
One thing I am looking forward to: dinner with my sister and my nephew tonight (BIL will be there, not looking forward to him) also the end of the school year.
1. One gratitude thing
I'm grateful for having a cat who can sense when I need love/snuggling the most. I know that sounds crazy (but then again, I?m a self-declared crazy cat lady). I swear he knows when I?m sick, sad, grumpy, etc because on those days, he just snuggles so sweet and loves up on me all night long?it makes every single worry in my mind go away when I hear him purring. I love him more than 99% of people, it?s pretty ridiculous.
2. One whiny thing
I miss my older brother. He lives in NYC and only comes home about 2 or 3 times a year. With our financial situation right now, I really can?t afford to go see him either. He?s the person I?m closest too and get along with the best in the whole family, so it stinks I don?t get to see him often?been missing him a lot lately.
3. One embarrassing thing
I burned myself the other night with the heating pad (or at least I am assuming that?s what did it) and now I have a scab on my lower back that literally looks like a small vagina, it?s disgusting lol.
4. One thing you're looking forward to
Going to the baseball games this weekend.1. One gratitude thing
Got word back after my car accident Thursday night - the guy's insurance will cover replacing my back bumper!

Because of afore mentioned accident, I now have a cold due to standing in the chilly wind while waiting on the cop to show up.

Warmer weather to come back and stay! It hit 80 this weekend!
