follow up to chicken and dumpling
how long do you cook your dumplings for. I put the biscuits in around 10:40 am and plan to serve it at noon. I just checked on it a few minutes ago and it is no where ready. I'm getting a little nervous and wondering if I should switch it to a pan and cook it on the stove top.
Re: follow up to chicken and dumpling
I'm answering my own question...I ended up putting it in the over for 1/2 hour on 350. I read some tips on the site to flatten the biscuit dough and put them in stripes or squares and put it in that way. I think I also put too much in.
Next time, I will give that a try.
ohhhh....I don't know if that is a good thing or bad thing. ha ha.
Well if it's called the Cool Club, it must be a good thing! Hehe.
