As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Okay well I cant figure out how to do a PIP from my desktop but its on facebook cause Chelsea rocks and its gorgeous if I do say so myself! 
Edited to add: Chelsea has 3 more in addition to this one up on her blog (and a shout out). The rest will be up Thur the wait would kill me if I didnt have my HUSBAND, books and a beautiful beach.
