Rant: I am so fed up with packing. FED. UP. OMG. I'm sick of putting things in boxes, I'm sick of packaging things, I'm sick of moving in general.
Bigger Rant: Easter Week is coming up, and it is the biggest, busiest week I have at work. This volunteer comes in yesterday and drops a project on my desk. Says that I need to do it, and that it needs to be finished (all 900 letters) by Easter Week. I almost flipped out on him. Fortunately my boss came in and was all "THAT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. SHE WILL BE TOO BUSY." Thank God. If you want a volunteer project done, do it on your own time! NOT MINE.
Rave: The moving is going to be OVER TOMORROW. I realize I'm using a lot of caps but I am just that excited! Also, it's Friday. And I love Friday.
Re: FRIDAY!
Rant: My face is broken out like a 14 year-old and I'm getting sick of it.
Rave: I got a free sink from a guy at work yesterday -- saves me $50 bucks. And I booked plane tickets to go back home in July to hang out with the family and go to Cedar Point.
Rant: I'm still sick, and now DH is sick too, so it will be an indoor weekend.
Rave: Although I'm still sick, I can feel an improvement. My ears have unblocked and I can eat. Hopefully I'll be my energetic self again soon.
Rant: I really should have called my doctor a couple weeks ago to get a refill on my emergency migraine medication. Now, I'm starting to feel one coming on and I just have to hope the Aleve/Diet Coke combo will work this time.
Rave: I get to babysit my two month old niece tomorrow! I haven't really spent too much time with her, so it should be fun, even though she really doesn't do much of anything. It will also be some nice practice for once DH and I do have a baby of our own.
Well, it's Friday now, but better late than never, right?
Rant: I HAVE NONE because...
Rave: DH came home! He surprised me on Thursday after work by being at our house. I suspected he was home because of a suspicious phone call from his dad (we switched phones will he was out of the country) but I kept talking myself out of believing he was home because I didn't want to be disappointed. I missed him SO much and I'm so glad he's back, and that it was less than the original two months we were expecting, because I might have died. Well not literally, but you know what I mean.
