we just got our taxes done from someone we found online - we did interview him and several others before hiring him, however I am not too happy with him and after I wrap up our 2010 taxes prefer to find a better fit.

Michael Fine is amazing! I have a yoga business on the side, which means a lot of different types of income and expenses. He was able to deal with that and gave a lot of helpful advice. We also had a lot of new tax things going on this year with solar tax credit, buying a house, etc.
We went from owing $3000 via TaxAct to getting an $8000 refund. Clearly, I couldn't be happier with that outcome, but regardless of the numbers, Mike was just super to work with. Extremely professional, quick turnaround, very easy to work with -- and completely reasonable fees.
