Today I made Meyer lemon lemonade.
Yesterday, I made chard and sweet potato gratin for a potluck.
sounds soooo good. anything with garlic in it makes me a happy camper!! recipe please!
It's mostly this green garlic risotto recipe. But I cut up swiss chard and add it per this recipe (and I'm not using any leeks because I couldn't find any). I'm using actual green garlic, or scapes, the young garlic shoots that are picked fresh and look like green onions. They're in season at the farmers market this time of year.
we're having that with ice-cream for dessert after we BBQ BlissfulGurl's Hawaiian chicken with grilled pineapple and asparagus on the side.

It turned our really good! I had to cook it a little longer because it too pink for my taste but definitely a good/messy burger.
