Our Journey...

After a ton of people telling me I need to start a blog to document our journey, I've finally done it.  I don't get on here as much anymore - and I don't always update FB with the most details about what's going on with Kennedy, so if any of you are interested - the link is below. Big Smile

Re: Our Journey...

  • I read every entry you posted!  I have been interested in following Kennedy's journey so I will be following your blog.

GL to you and your family in all the obstacles that face you in the near and distant future.  I will be praying for your sweet baby!  And if there was any way to send a few of my lbs to her, I would do it in a heartbeat!  Side note - when Macy was an infant she also had trouble gaining weight.  While the circumstances were different, I remember how completely stressed out I was over the issue.  I too would lie awake at night worrying about how to "fatten" up my baby.

It's crazy isn't it?  This country has such a huge problem with obesity and here we are trying to fatten up our babies!

  • Also, I got to meet sweet little Miss Kennedy yesterday and she is so stinking cute.  If I had a spoon, I would've eaten her up!  So so so cute!

  • Holy sh!t your baby is STRONG! I have to be honest and when I read your post about her rolling over I thought, well that's cool but it's got to be a fluke or something, right? My jaw dropped when I saw the video on your blog. That's amazing!

Congrats on your little fighter and thanks for sharing your story.

Add me to that camp.  DD will be seven at the end of the month and she still hasn't hit 40 lbs.

  • I really enjoyed reading your blog.  I read every bit of it.  I have to admit, it did make me a little teary here & there.  You're doing a great job!  I hope your fights & struggles get easier from now on.

  • It is so wonderful that you are documenting everything you are going through.  You will be amazed to look back and read all of this months and years down the road.  I feel blessed just to have a snapshot of how your life has changed over the past 7 weeks.  You are so strong and have such a beautiful family. What an inspiration!
