weight watcher girls

How did last week go? are you making any adjustments this week? do you know what you're going to cook this week?

  • last week went really well. I lost 5.6 lbs. 

    I started to struggle with breakfast. I just don't care for breakfast food and tire of it very quickly. I know how important it is, but it;s something I struggle with.  i'm not exactly sure what i'll cook this week, but last week I baked 4 boneless skinless chicken breast and cooked a gallon ziplock of mixed veggies and made different things with that over the week .It made it very easy and the food was good!

  • Your week was much better than mine.  I lost 1.4 lbs, which isn't bad b/c it's that time of the month, and I usually gain weight then.  I hardly drank any soda or had any candy all week, which have been my 2 biggest downfalls lately.  I didn't eat very well over the weekend, like I should have.  But, I am weighing in on Sunday mornings, which will hold me more accountable for the weekend.

    I do okay with breakfast foods.  My problem is afternoon snacks.  I usually crave something bad for me like chips or sweets and a soda.  I've tried drinking diet soda, but I am not a huge fan.

  • Nice job, Tiff! I really need to get back to it. I have had no time to work out at all - not like me... I'm going to figure it out this week for sure!
