Anniversary ideas

I know it's still a little while off, but has anyone started thinking about what they are going to do for their DH?  My anniversary is about a month and a half away and I really need to start getting some plans in place.  If you have thought about it what are you going to do? Gifts? Go somewhere?

    I haven't thought about the day. But my gift to him is boudoir photos. I'm scheduling an appointment hopefully this week if work gives me my schedule.

    DH asked for b-pics. I'm planning on doing those if I can find a decent price. (I need to call our wedding photog.) If I can't find them for a good price, I think I'm going to buy him a new grill. :)

    We're going to cook a nice dinner at home and just hang out, go catch fireworks somewhere (since the anniv. is July 3rd). With the baby on the way we're trying to save where ever we can!

    We're coming home from a week long camping trip that day, so I think we're going to get everything in the house, drop the kids off at my parents and go to a nice dinner and maybe even stay overnight at the hotel.

    We might go somewhere, might just spend a weekend at a nice hotel here in town.  I do know that we didn't save our cake topper (thought it wouldn't be good anyway!) so we are going to get a little cake from the lady who made our wedding cake.  Yum!  I can't wait!

    We'd love to take a trip but can't really plan anything until we figure out if we're moving or not. Maybe we can plan a last minute cruise or something.

    I've also been researching some photographers to do b-pics. I know DH would love them, I just have to decide when to do them and if I want to spend the money on them....they aren't cheap!

    I want to do b-pics too.  I finally found a photographer about an hour away.  There aren't any in my community I guess...  I would really like for us to be able to go somewhere for a night or two.  I'm thinking maybe Chicago since it's only about a 3 hour drive and we love making day trips there.  With his work, I can't know for sure if we can manage that till closer to the date anyways :/

    Fourth Anniversary
    One of our favorite bands is playing at a festival on our anniversary- so... we are going to see them!   And the Phillies will be here the week of DHs b-day, so I think that will be an easy birthday present, too (along with a bike... my brother is finding me one for DH).

    We talked about going to Disneyland. I too wanted to do B-pics but I haven't lost any weight. Oops. And they're expensive and I don't think I have the extra $$ right now.

    Second Anniversary
    We haven't made any plans yet but I am hoping we can take a vacation.  We were thinking of taking a road trip either up the east coast to Maine or out West this summer so I think it'd be awesome if we could coordinate it so it is on our anniversary.

    AHH! The Phils are playing in Seattle a few weeks before our anniversary, so we're going to make the game our celebration! I'm so excited!!! And I love all the Phillies Phans on here :)

    Since our anniversary is July 3rd, our good friends are having a BBQ and I'm going to recreate our wedding cupcakes for the party. Our actual topper is in PA in my Mimom's freezer, so at least we can pretend until we go home and can eat a bite of it :)

    We may be going to see them in Pittsburgh, too!  

    I am truly an Indians fan... :) 

    Just Phillies b/c he is.    If it was ever Cleveland vs Philadelphia in the world series,  he's spending the week at a hotel.  Our girls will be raised as Indians fans, boys Phillies.   Yes, we actually discussed this ;)
