H and I are throwing a surprise 70th birthday party for MIL. We're using the party room in her building in North Bethesda, and will have access to a small kitchen attached to the room. I have no desire to overburden myself making all the food and such, so we'd rather just get it catered so we can enjoy the party rather than having to work it.
Anyone have a suggestion for a great, but affordable, caterer? We were thinking of not doing a meal, but rather things you could make a meal out of, such as pasta salad. MIL is a pretty simple, low-key person, so the party will be as well. Probably 30 or so guests.
