I'd be gushing to DH but he'd out playing cyber golf so I thought I could share with you ladies... So I had to teach my 1st lesson to my 5th grade class that I'm in for this semester today. It was on the Industrial revolution. I'm so relieved that it went VERY well!! I managed to fit everything in the time alloted and nothing was rushed. My Cooperating teacher was VERY pleased, and even asked if he could take a blank copy of my activity packet for himself to use in the future!!! I have to teach the 2nd half on wednesday, and I'm a little more nervous b/c it's more powerpoint/guided reading stuff (Me needing to know more facts) but I'm still excited. My cooperating teacher said he thinks everything looks great so I'm just hoping my College teacher thinks the same and gives me a good grade.
