Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Amber has not seen the email I sent her (to her gmail acct.) and just emailed me from work saying
"So busy! How was your weekend?"
....how do I respond? Not at all?

I'd say, "Not bad. BTW, I sent an email to your home account when I was under the impression that you were angry with me. I'm so glad to see that we're on good footing!" Or something like that. Are you sure she didn't see it and ignore it?

I answered:
"Hey! Very busy.
I'm guessing you haven't had a chance to look at your gmail...I sent you an email about our facebook exchange and some other stuff that's been weighing on my mind...I want to talk about it but it can definitely wait until you have a minute."

Still hasn't responded. I am guessing one of two things is going on:
1) She still hasn't checked it.
2) She checked it and is planning her response and running it by her fiancee, mom, coworkers, other friends, and 15 other people. ( I know this because whenever she is fired up about something she sends it to me, her fiancee, and at least two of her other friends.) Can't really blame her on that one since I do the same thing. Clearly.
Okay, she was her normal level-headed self (when it comes to me anyway...she handles me with kid gloves which is why I love her so much).
Her response was really long but if you want to see it I can show you.
Yes. I was overreacting. Sort of. Everything is fine. She wasn't even mad at me. And she doesn't care if I don't stay the night at her bach party.
Sweet!! That's good news. I'm glad she's OK with you not staying for her bach party, too.
