    While not fun or exciting to anyone else, I printed out my graduation invites finally.  I'm excited to mail them out and be that much closer to graduating!!

    I pulled up bushes.  Worst.idea.ever!!  Whoever told me to tie a rope around them and use a truck- I should have listened to you.  DH and I are so sore from yesterday.  The bush root was about the size of a tree!  It was ridiculous!  However... so worth it!  I went from ugly, green, mushroom top, looking bushes to pretty knockout rose bushes!

    Saturday I went to my cousin's wedding at Fort Hood, and then to a charity concert our friend was playing at. Sunday I was hungover (way too old for that much drinking!) so we didn't get much done other than going to Costco.

    Looking forward to this weekend with nothing to do.  Nada.  I'm going to demand to sit on my fat arse and refuse to move.

    Telling you about the bushes...rope and truck took less than 30 minutes :)  Sorry you're sore!

    It was my birthday weekend, and I didn't do jack.  DH has been gone for over a week and I miss him like crazy.  It's work as usual for him, but still sucks, I miss him and we had great plans for my birthday and we didn't do anything.  He will be back tomorrow for all of 2 days before being gone a week.  I wish they weren't so busy that he could be home, but happy he's busy cause it means a whole lotta money.

    The prime feature of this weekend was CLEANING. Our apartment collects dust like it's going out of style. I also may have gone crazy enough to pull down our shower curtain to bleach it. Looks much better now :)

    DH spent essentially the entirety of his weekend in the law library, but we did get to hang out for a couple of hours Saturday morning, which was totally sweet and relaxing :)

    Good and bad here! It was really productive and I got lots of work done, ran a 10 mile race and did a lot better than I thought I would! That was the awesome part.  The bad was when DH got into a poopy mood for about 36 hours over a comment I made. Its all blown over now, thankfully.

    Mostly good. I tried a new spin class that kicked my butt, had lunch with my sister, and dinner with a HS friend. We also checked out Pinballz arcade, which was awesome even though I suck at pinball. The downer was that I ended up with a migraine on Sunday evening that came out of nowhere and stayed longer than I would have liked.

    Sorry for posting and running yesterday! I didn't intend on leaving early from work, but I lucked out. =)

    I actually had a great, although tiring weekend. I hung out by the pool all weekend. Needless to say, I'm a bit sunburned. But at least its already starting to go away. I'm so lucky to live in such a fun community that cooks out and hangs out all the time! So many fun people and there is never a dull moment. And I may have started talking to someone that seems pretty intriguing. Big Smile

    thegastons - I'm so jealous! This is the first time in 4 years that I haven't lived in an apartment community with a pool. I'm going to be so sad when it's 105 and I don't have anywhere to swim Sad Maybe I'll get a kiddie pool for the backyard!

     Don't do it!!  LOL  Seriously... either tie it to a truck and pull it out or hire a professional.  I will never do this again, lol

    Us either!  We have one in our neighborhood but it doesn't open until Memorial weekend.  I don't know if I can wait that long!

    We went and saw "Your Highness" at DH's request since he was so patient with me picking out stuff for my office at IKEA.  Worst, unfunniest, movie I've seen in a loooooong time and that's really saying something.  Even DH hated it and apologized to me afterwards.  Terrible.
