Um, it's only Tuesday? Wtf? It feels like it should be a lot later already.
Last night was just busy. I decided to take up C25K (running) again, so I went out as soon as I got home. Then I made dinner, ate said dinner (quinoa stuffed peppers w/ fresh pesto, omg yum), made a grocery list, went grocery shopping, put away the groceries, took out the garbage, wrapped Derek's birthday gifts, and then finally fell into bed. I feel like it was go-go-go all night.
Tonight should hopefully be a bit better. I'm going in to Toronto after work and Derek and I are meeting up with my dad and step-mom for dinner.
How is everyone today?

We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?

Re: Good morning!
I feel like it should be at least Wednesday.
Good morning, all! Nothing much going on over here--just having a latte and trying to stay awake (latte doesn't help b/c it's decaf). Last night was a gym night--I forced myself to go and do weights even though I really didn't want to.
Tonight we're having a counseling session about the kid thing; I think it may be our last for now. We have one direction we feel we need to go in before we make the final decision on kids, so that's the next step that we've already discussed and are planning for at the moment. After the session, we're having dinner downtown, but I'm not sure where. If we can get home relatively early, I'm climbing into bed asap.
Hope everyone has a great day!
Good morning.
I had a pretty busy night, I came home, worked out,did the dishes, 3 loads of laundry then I finally sat down. It felt good to get a lot done.
Morning ladies.
Lasnight wasn't to bad, but I actually got to bed early. The kids didn't want to take naps yesterday so they were out at 5:30 for the night. Earlier then I like, but hey I got a little extra sleep.
Tonight I am hoping to go to Zumba, but chances are slim. DH will probably want a break since he is with the boys all day. Otherwise, lots of work to do here today.
Have a great day!
Yesterday was pretty busy, worked till almost 4. I went to the gym for two hours, it was lovely. We found out yesterday morning that the University strike, today is B's first day back after a month of nothing. The teachers are cutting some of the exams, and all he has left is three papers, so hopefully everything works and he can get everything done.
Today I am planning to go to a yoga class, if I can change the time of one of my meetings it should work out.
Good morning!
I was up pretty early for no apparent reason. We had a water main break under our house on Sunday so we won't have any water all day today. Good thing I prepared us for it by filling pots with water and filled the bath tub. Not a lot going on today, I can't get any cleaning done because of the water thing and that's just fine by me!
Good morning!
I had a busy night last night as well. I didn't leave work until almost 6:00pm so it was already late by the time I got home. After I got home I worked out, did a load of laundry, made dinner, and I made brownies for a co-workers b-day.
Dinner was a disaster, I couldn't seem to get my timing down on anything, I spilled everything I touched, and the ice tea maker went crazy and started leaking all over. Ugh!! At least it all came out tasting good. I hoping for a much more relaxing evening tonight.
good morning! I missed yesterday's posts... I had the day off work for doctor appointments & errands.
went to the dermatologist yesterday - she said my breakouts are definitely hormonal and prescribed a topical lotion (which is safe for TTC) that I use daily. she said it should clear it up, and in other situation she would also prescribe a pill to me, but since we're TTC, she wants to limit my intake of meds.
I started C25K last night, and while I literally felt like I was going to DIE during the running parts, I think I did pretty well. I am NOT a runner and have never run in my life outside of gym classes. my ankles were a little sore, but I think that's normal for just starting out. can't wait to see how it goes tomorrow!
also, if Sean denies me yoga tonight (he's working weird hours AGAIN... 5am-2pm) I am going to throat punch him.

I'm sick and at home.
I am checking my email every so often, and I'll do payroll later today. Other than that, I'm going out for one quick errand and then futzing around the house all day. I tend to bake when I don't feel good, so there may be some of that going on.

Good Morning!
I am also bummed it's only Tuesday. It also doesn't help I had to be at work extra early this morning and I got to sleep late so I am so tired.
Last night we had dinner with a group of 8 friends. It was a lot of fun, however the restaurant sucked. Terrible service, it took about 10 minutes before we were even asked about drinks. The server knew nothing about the already confusing menu that has zero descriptions. I ended up ordering 2 things I couldn't even eat due to pregnancy and vegetarian limitations. Just an awful experience and I spent $50 and left hungry, lol.
I am officially burnt out at my job and that is a really horrible feeling.
Have a great day ladies!
Hi Ladies,
Today I applied for 11, yup 11 teaching jobs, and I'm getting everything together for a teacher job fair on Saturday. Since being thrown the curve ball about the school I was suppose to work at, I've been hard core job hunting for next school year.
I had this whole plan to work out during the days and everything, but since I'm kinda freaking out about next year, all my energy has gone to job hunting. Crazy.
Mandee: I say just hump him when he gets home!
MO - Good luck!
Mandee - I agree with MO. I'm sure you know what to do so he can't say no.
Good morning ladies. I'm still at home waiting to leave to my doctors appointment this morning. I'm not sure whether she's going to let me return to work but at this point I don't care anymore. It's too stressful and not worth it to finish out the week if she doesn't want me to. I'm just hoping the fluid is still sufficient that I won't have to be induced or anything.
Yesterday I started a to-do/to-buy list before the baby comes and it is a long list. I can't wait to get started but most of it is going to have to wait until the weekend because Manuel wants to help with it all. Hope you ladies have a great day!
Morning! I also cannot believe it is only Tuesday. Last night I tried a new dish (garlic chicken pasta with proscuitto) and it was a big success.
After dinner, we went to the mall. DH got a haircut, I tried on a bathing suit, and decided to start running again today.
I finally crawled into work today around 10. I think I'm hitting the last stages of this cold. One bottle of Tylenol cold & flu PM stuff later, and I'm sort of feeling alright. I'd like to get out tonight for a walk, but we'll see how worn out I am by then. I can't stand not taking advantage of this awesome weather.
People are already trying to plan out our weekend, and I sort of wish we could have just one that isn't filled with events and lots of people. Maybe some time in May. It looks like we'll be having a day with the nephews and SIL/BIL, but I'm sort of cringing at the thought. The kids have turned into total menaces, thanks to no one wanting to stick with discipline in that house. Maybe things have changed in the last few weeks since I've seen them. Last time I just wanted to curl up in a ball and cry.
Afternoon! Yesterday was good...Ed and I went out for a quick dinner and then just spent the evening watching TV. School today was pretty good--one of my students has upped his neediness lately and has been my shadow for a few days. I think he is seeing his mom again (who goes in and out of his life). She was a teen pregnancy and isn't real consistent with him, so when she pops up he seems to attach to me (because I am consistent in his life, I guess...and his mom's age). It is good in some ways to know that I can be a good influence in his life...but he can exhaust me by the end of the day!
This afternoon I got a good short run in and we are grilling pizza for dinner then catching up on the DVR!

I'm so confused about what day of the week it is! Long work stretches do that to me.
Today was my last day at one of my hospitals. It was kind of annoying because my manager asked if we should do lunch today since it was my last and I said sure. He never came to tell me when/where we were going so I ended up buying my lunch and eating by myself in the cafeteria.
DH has a meeting tonight so I went for a quick 10km run when I got home. It felt SO good (except for my bleeding heel) and I'm really looking forward to my half marathon on Sunday now.
Can't wait until this week is over and I have a 3 day weekend.
