OMG we're actually buying a house!!!!
We saw a house at an open house over a week ago and fell in LOVE with it. Nothing else was really comparing to it overall but we doubted the feeling because we have never bought a house before (with DH's medical training we just kept renting b/c of moves). We kept looking at some others and then went back Sunday with our realtor to see it again. It just felt absolutely perfect and like HOME to us.
So we put in an offer.
And they countered.
And we accepted. HFS we're buying a house!!!!!!
Now I know the entire population of this board appears to live in Smithfield 
but the house is in northern Cumberland. The owners agreed to a delayed closing until August 4 because it was brand new on the market and they actually hadn't purchased their condo yet that they are moving in to. This allows the kids to stay in school during the summer so we can pack and such. (And tell our landlords that we are moving, too.....)
We are so so excited!!! It had everything we were looking for in a house and is in gorgeous condition 
I feel like we are finally adults now, LOL!

Congrats!! Cumberland is very nice too. :-) I don't know if I told you in the last post, but I lived there for a bit before buying our 1st house here in Warwick. I just like that area of RI and you are close to so much up that way too, in MA and RI. Great to know now so you can look into school and get that all settled too. GL!
Did you go to HH today for the amazing animals? I wish I could have gone. I think it is the same thimg as last year, when DD held a snake...she liked it b/c it was pink. lol We are supposed to hear today what is happening for next year.
