Go get your free ice cream cones at Ben & Jerry's today! I'm super jealous because the closest ice cream shop is in Boston and it's too far to go afterwork today.

    With locations in Freeport, Kennebunk, and Ogunquit... and me heading into work in Portland, this only makes me sad too.  It's too far to go, even for free ice cream.  And I do have homemade lemon sherbet here at the house.  And I am trying to slim down.

    But then again... I want to pick up some Easter accessories for James and there are outlets for Carters and Children's Place in Freeport...

    Oh what happened to their Portland location in the Old Port? Sad ... I mean, the last time I went to that location was 10 years ago, I assume they never move!

    Every time that I plan to go to Free Cone Day in Freeport, it pours rain!  This year, I don't plan to go since Ridley has music class on Tuesday nights and it is beautiful outside.  GO FIGURE!

    I'm pathetic. DH needs a new raincoat for PR before we leave on Thursday and I'm so tempted to tell him that we should buzz up to Freeport after my eye appointment just so I have an excuse to finally enjoy a free cone. *sigh* I know we won't do it since our to do list is a mile long, but it's a good dream.

    Ninth Anniversary
    With gas at $3.75 a gallon, it's cheaper for me to buy a pint of Ben & Jerry's at the grocery store than to go to one of the free cone locations.
