I hate applying online
I hate online job applications. Especially ones that don't have an option to add a cover letter. I want potential employers to see my beautifully formated resume and be able to ready my nifty cover letter. I want to interact with a real human being!
I've been applying since November with no interviews. That is all.

I know... I am in the same boat. I especially hate the ones that have programming issues. Once I did one company's job application 8 times, because there was an error in the programming side where if you hit tab half way through the page it deleted everything and logged you out. I obviously didn't know what was going on because hitting tab to reformat everything would work until half way through the page until my husband is like "ya that's a programming error." I also want them to see my beautifully formatted resume...
I commiserate with your frustration. What I am trying to do on top of applying through their online application is trying to dig out information on the company, sometimes you can find out who is in charge and email them too...

ditto on the frustration, trying to find an e-mail or at least a contact name to address a cover letter, and the luck! i am so over the never-ending job search (i've also been looking since november, it sucks!)
I agree with all of you! I've been on the job hunt for about two years now (I'm a teacher in PA) and each district has their own system. It's such a pain and same as the PP- very little feedback!
We'll find jobs ladies- let's try to keep thinking positive!
