Anyone On? Quick Thank You Letter Question

I had an interview today for an office position. When they called about the interview, the office manager asked me a couple questions before setting it up (basically about my customer service experience). When I got to the interview, I was interview by a different woman. This woman seems to be the HR manager.
My question: Should I write both of them a thank you letter? Should I do two separate letters or one letter address to both? If anyone is on now and can help me out, I'd appreciate. Thank you
