Yeah--apparently she had sent us a letter at the beginning of school saying that the book was "mature" and gave us the option to choose something else. I apologized and told her thank you for letting us make the change.
Since then, others have asked to be switched and apparently she is a little irked that we didn't ask sooner! I think Mel went to English today so I need to remember to ask her what the new book is so I can get it.
